Get a great big kiss from a dolphin...ride on its belly...and snorkel with a dolphin!

Enjoy our dolphin program in the jungle surrounding Puerto Aventuras! This beautiful resort village is in the heart of the Mayan Riviera, south of Playa del Carmen and en route to Xel-Ha and Tulum.

This exciting new program really lets you interact with these friendly marine mammals. The adventure begins with a 15-minute briefing about the dolphins and an explanation of the activities you will experience.

From your platform in the water, you will be able to pet and kiss the dolphins. Our professional photographers will capture these magical moments for you. Photo prices vary based on the package you purchase.

Then, after donning your life jacket, you will enter the water and do a belly-to-belly dance with your new friend.

Next, don mask, fins, and snorkel to experience the grace and intelligence of these marvelous animals. Your trainer will have the dolphins display some of their amazing behaviors for you.

This is definitely a day you will long remember!

- Please check in 30 minutes prior to activity time.
- Transfers are not included for cruise ship passengers. It's about a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the pier in Playa del Carmen and the approximate cost is $16 per taxi, each way.
- If you are staying at a hotel in the Riviera Maya area, transfers are included for participants. Observers will need to pay $15 per person for round trip transportation.
- There is no charge for observers to enter the park.
- Snorkel gear is included for the dolphin program.
- Please note that the Dolphin Swim facility does not accept US cash in their restaurants, boutiques and photo purchase stations. Please bring Pesos or a Credit/Debit card to make any payments.

VERY IMPORTANT: YOU MUST BRING YOUR SHORETRIPS PREPAID VOUCHER OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM--NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Children from 1-7 years or those shorter than 4 ft. tall must be accompanied by 2 participating, paying adults per child.
- Infants and children up to age 7 will perform the Encounter activities regardless of the program in which they participate.
- If you have a child under 4 ft. tall who will only be accompanied by only one adult, please choose the Encounter program (kiss, hand target, and handshake).
- Children age 8 and older or taller than 4 ft. must be accompanied by one participating, paying adult per child.
- Children over 10 years or taller than 4.5 ft. may participate alone when paying the adult price but must have an adult present at the dolphin facility.
- For the safety of the animals, please use only biodegradable sunblock.
- Jewelry, watches, rings, bracelets, or any object that might scratch the dolphins are not allowed.
- Guests must follow the rules of the guides/instructors at all times.
- All participants should be competent swimmers and comfortable with the use of mask, fins, and snorkel.
- Each person is required to wear a life jacket.
- Pregnant women are not allowed to participate.
- Maximum of 12 people per time slot.

- If you book a 3:00PM dolphin swim, you should plan to access the buffet prior to your swim. There is no alcohol prior to your swim. Buffet may be limited early morning/late afternoon. Please note that if you are traveling with someone participating in the Royal Swim, the buffets are in different areas.
