The St. Lucian wilderness comes alive in the rain forest canopy!

This eco adventure is for the nature lover at heart!

Beginning from the port or hotel, on a fully air-conditioned bus, your excursion travels through the capital city of Castries through the mountains to a village nestled over 2,000 ft. in the mountains. On your way, you will be treated to magnificent views of St. Lucia's beautiful countryside. The ride takes 30 minutes from the port/hotel in the north of the island to our base station.

At the site, a brief orientation and safety instruction will be given, followed by your Aerial Tram journey into the rain forest. The tram in St. Lucia provides visitors with a bird's eye view of a truly mature Caribbean oceanic rain forest. Nurtured by warm, gentle rains and rich volcanic soils, St. Lucia's forests have achieved a state of ancient majesty. Gondolas safely glide you through and over the tree tops, where knotted and twisting woody vines wind to the tops of old growth rain forest trees. Dense thickets of surreal vegetation merge with cascades of flowers. Lavender stars, orange bursts, yellow berries, and white lace thrive on the branches of fragrant flowering trees. Giant "Chatannier," Magnolia, and Gommier trees tower over the landscape and provide food and shelter for St. Lucia's endemic and endangered parrot. Here, the flowers bloom with shameless abundance. Experience St. Lucia's forest from a whole new perspective and witness this ancient celebration of color and life.

The tram glides through and above the rain forest canopy. Sixteen open-air gondolas comfortably seat up to eight passengers and a guide each. The Hummingbird Café and the Amazonas Gift Shop (duty free) are also available at our premises for your convenience. This tour has neither age restrictions nor physical restrictions as we are wheelchair accessible, simply be prepared to have fun and learn about the rain forest.

Please bring/wear:
- Walking/hiking shoes mandatory (no high heels, sandals, or flip flops)
- Long shorts or trousers (not skirts or dresses)
- Shirts/T-shirts with short or long sleeves recommended
- Sunscreen
- Rain protection
- Insect repellent

- Based on a minimum of 4 people.
- No more than 8 passengers are permitted in one gondola.
- There is a weight limit of 350 lbs. per person and 1,350 lbs. per gondola.
