Overview

With a "home away from home" ambience on beautiful Kaanapali Beach, the 463-room Aston Kaanapali Shores blends hotel amenities and services with the casual lifestyle of a vacation condominium.

A choice of one- and two-bedroom suites, studios and hotel rooms make the 10-acre beachfront resort an ideal retreat for families, friends traveling together, couples and destination wedding groups. Guests enjoy the best of both worlds with pleasant places to share the day and cozy retreats for private time.

All accommodations are air-conditioned and feature WiFi Internet access, cable television and daily maid service.

Studios and suites offer furnished private lanai (balconies) with views of tropical gardens and the ocean, plus full kitchens complete with dishwashers for added "at home" convenience. Tasteful decor includes marble countertops in kitchens, and such tropical touches as rattan furnishings and Hawaiian artwork.

For more space and luxury, our beachfront Aloha and Penthouse Suites indulge with a wrap-around lanai for sweeping ocean views off the living area and master bedroom, and designer kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances.

An ancient warrior training ground and later a retreat for Hawaiian royalty, Kaanapali is as rich with culture as it is with natural beauty. Since developers selected this three-mile beachfront stretch for Hawaii's first "neighbor island" resort in the 1960s, it has evolved into a favorite tropical getaway that balances recreation and relaxation.

Streets are lined with art galleries, boutiques and casual restaurants. And harbor slips welcome ocean lovers with catamarans, sailboats and fishing charters.

Situated on Maui's famous Kaanapali Beach, Aston Kaanapali Shores offers a beautiful setting for romantic weddings and vow renewals in paradise. Destination wedding guests can let their kids play away at Camp Kaanapali while they lounge on the beach or stand up paddle in Kaanapali's gentle waters. While brides and bridesmaids are pampered at the resort's day spa, the groom and his entourage can hop aboard a Lahaina sportfishing charter or play a round on Kaanapali's championship golf courses.
