House of Waine is an 11 bedroom property on 2.5 acres that blends the elegance of gracious living with the spirit of modern Africa in an exclusive and serene setting.

It was originally built in the 1970's as a private home. It was acquired by its present owners, a local family, and carefully refurbished over two and a half years resulting in the unique boutique property that exists today.

The House of Waine is a luxurious boutique hotel run & operated by a local Kenyan family. Located just outside the bustle of Nairobi, but near the sights of the Langata district and the regional Wilson Airport.

The House is an 11 bedroom property on 2.5 acres that blends the elegance of gracious living with the spirit of modern Africa in an exclusion and serene setting.

Recommended for: Anyone

Pros: Amazing setting, like a private mansion, with only a handful of rooms. The presidential suite is probably the biggest, finest room I've ever stayed in, with hand-laid parquet floors, high ceilings, a big balcony, an enormous bathroom of marble and glass. Owners Angela and Eric provide phenomenal service and you feel like you're staying with family AND like you're royalty.

Cons: None.
