Overview

Set in the crescent-shaped Maundays Bay, the white sand of the Cap Juluca beach stretches from one corner to the other of the resort. It is almost a mile of beautiful, white sand and crystal clear water.

Every luxurious room at Cap Juluca has an ocean view and is located in one of eighteen beachfront villas. The villas are just steps from the gorgeous, soft white sand and clear blue ocean.

Wake each morning to the soft sounds of gentle waves on the shore outside your villa. Start your day with breakfast on your patio while overlooking the ocean, or take a walk in the sand to Blue and have breakfast at the beachfront restaurant. All of Cap Juluca is accessible with a walk down the beautiful beach.

After breakfast, you can just bask in the Caribbean sun on one of our custom, handmade chaise lounges or read a book in one of our hammocks. Take an early morning cardio sculpting class, Pilates or yoga right on the beach. Visit one of the five beach cabana bars and chat with the bartender. Borrow one of our iPods and listen to classic Caribbean music. Cool out in the shade of an umbrella and watch sailboats drift by St. Maarten in the distance.

For lunch, Blue is just steps away along the beach, or have your meal served to you in your chaise by our beach attendants. Indulge in the chilled towels, chilled fruit, sorbet and pastries the attendants will come by with throughout the day.

Spend the afternoon sipping on a fresh blended drink under your umbrella. Go for a walk on the adjoining Cove Bay Beach; more rugged and windswept than Maundays Bay, it's perfect for beachcombing. Play a few sets of beach volleyball. Take a Hobie Wave for a sail. Try your hand at waterskiing or some of the other water sports. Walk down the beach to Blue and enjoy some late afternoon fare.

Do as much as you like on the beach…or do nothing at all. Cap Juluca embodies the true Caribbean beach experience and it is all just steps from your room.
