Company History
We created Visual Itineraries in 2010 as a web service for travel providers, offering travel agents a way to give their clients a visual tour of their upcoming
itinerary--and, a framework for their clients to share their experience with their friends and family, both before and after their trip. We aggregated visual content
for hotels and things to see and do at the destination, and travel agents could use our site to create customized brochures of choices for their clients to consider.
In 2017, we rebranded the company as Bright Yonder, to reflect the broader set of products and services offered by our company.
Our focus is on building travel agent tools: branded online brochures for hotels and attractions, travel offers search tools and widgets for websites, and more.

Michael Cottam
In 2001, Michael co-founded TheBigDay honeymoon registry and travel company. Through that experience, he learned a lot about interesting ways to use the web to showcase resorts, destinations, and travel experiences to prospective clients.
Michael's traveled throughout Kenya and the Seychelles, and is an avid scuba diver. He's also spent time in Fiji, Tahiti, New Zealand, Hawaii France, England, and various islands in the Caribbean.
